Applications for the IndabaX Kenya AI Summit 2026 closed with a record 626 general attendee applications, the highest in the summit's history, alongside 57 speaker applications from researchers and practitioners eager to share their work. The response signals just how fast Kenya's AI community is growing, and how strongly this year's theme resonates. The summit takes place from July 21st to 23rd, 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya, under the theme "AI in Health" — three days of keynotes, panels, hands-on workshops, and networking exploring how artificial intelligence can transform healthcare in Kenya and across Africa.
